This workshop consist of two 120 minute team sessions with pre- and post-work. Participants will:

  • Understand and be able to apply the Strategy Development Framework​

  • Experience the power of coaching conversations (listen/reflect/ask,  ​conversations for relationship/possibility/action) in deepening and improving strategic thinking​

  • Take the first step towards developing a sound an actionable strategy for an area/problem that matters to their business​

  • Exit the workshop confident, inspired, and with enhanced leadership skills to be a strategic influencer​
